What we do, and what we leave to others
The work is turfing: clearing debris from the surface, loosening and levelling, topsoil where needed, then laying, rolling and edging. Paving, fencing, planting and drainage schemes stay with your other trades.
If a plot needs more than surface clearing, for example a large amount of rubble, it's priced separately and shown in the quote.

Can you quote for several plots at once?
Yes. Put the number of plots and a rough lawn size per plot in the form, with plot numbers and timings under "Anything else".
Do you supply turf only, without laying?
No. New Build Turfing prepares the ground and lays the turf; it doesn't sell turf on its own.
Can you work to levels set by our groundworkers?
Yes. Tell us about the finished levels in your request and the preparation is planned around them.
Do you lay paving or fencing as well?
No. The work is turfing and the ground preparation it needs.
